Job Description
Our client, a successful manufacturing company is recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to start as soon as possible.
Assisting the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the monthly management accounts, maintaining the cashbook, produce management reporting, assist in inventory control and support the statutory reporting and compliance.
You will have experience in:
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining general ledger accounts to trial balance
- Preparing VAT and Intrastat returns
- Preparing year end and interim audit deliverables
The successful candidate will hold strong Excel skills, be highly numerate, a committed team player and looking for accounts progression.
Studying (or willing to study) towards CIMA/ACCA is highly desired.
