Asset Manager – Real Estate - Frankfurt – OUR CLIENT is a well-established, internationally renowned Property Owner / Investor and Asset Manager. Through continued growth and expansion they are currently looking to expand one of their international teams with the appointment of an experienced residential Asset Manager. THE ROLE will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Performing portfolio, single asset and / or sub-portfolio analysis and asset management on a day to day basis.
- Supporting the senior management team in the acquisition, sales and due diligence process.
- Liaising with property managers across the German portfolio.
- Identifying and implementing capital expenditure measures.
- Maintaining and where possible improving the portfolio documentation.
- Compiling reports for fund managers and investors.
THE PERSON: To apply, applicants should possess several years’ experience in German Real Estate Asset Management, preferably with Residential experience. The ideal candidate will also need an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to analyse and present to investors, senior colleagues, etc. You will only be considered for this role if you possess a good command of both German and English; both spoken and written. This role will suit a candidate who is self-motivated and who can deliver in a pressurised team environment. The role is based in Frankfurt and will play an integral part in the expansion of our client’s international offering.
