Art Teacher needed for Derby School. Maternity Cover starting in May 2012

The school is a larger than average comprehensive school with a sixth form. Majority of the school population come from minority ethnic background with half speaking English as an additional Language.
You will be required to teach up to KS5 including some GCSE and A Level classes. The school requires an experience teacher; unfortunately this position is not suitable for NQT’s.
The school has a challenging environment, so seeks the right teacher to succeed in the role. You will have a proven track record of good teaching and a strong background in classroom management. You will be able to deliver the curriculum in an enthusiastic way meeting the needs of all your students. You will have strong subject knowledge and you will be able to plan effective lessons that encourage your pupils to learn.
