Your main responsibilities will include:
- P&L responsibility for the customers and key account from FMCG industry
- lead, motivate and control sales force
- monitor the marketplace to identify new opportunities and develop new acquisitions
- create and implement monthly promotions through the whole industry of FMCG
- personal responsibility for results and motivation of sales team, setting the KPIs
- create and implement a yearly business plan and sales strategy to ensure growth and profitability

- High school/University degree
- min. 2 years of experience as sales manager dealing with customer from FMCG field
- min. 1 year of experience in people management
- communicative knowledge of English language
- results mindset oriented
