JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager (UK manufacturer)
PACKAGE: £33-34K basic + £10K OTE , Company Car, Laptop/mobile, Pension scheme, healthcare (+family)
TERRITORY: Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex (ideal locations: Guildford, Epsom, Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Basingstoke, Horsham, Crawley, Reigate, or close)
SELLING: Heavyside building materials, building envelope solutions, cladding, roofing, insulation, roof tiles, fixings and systems.
SELLING TO: Architects, Specifiers, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, House Builders, Local Authorities. Also merchant groups.
THE ROLE:
The Area Sales Manager role is a field based business development and specification sales role selling my clients range of heavyside building materials, building envelope solutions, cladding, roofing, insulation, roof tiles, fixings and systems.
This is both a technical solution sales role and commodity sales role generating specifications on large commercial buildings and residential developments.
The Area Sales Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to join an outstanding manufacturer with an excellent brand reputation in the UK construction industry.
THE PERSON NEEDED:
Excellent product training is given, but for the Area Sales Manager our client needs:
Prior experience selling a construction or related product or solution.
You will have demonstrable experience of selling to at least some relevant customers (Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, House builders and developers, Local Authorities)
You must be professional, structured and career minded, looking for career progression and advancement in your next role.
