The client designs and manufactures technology and systems, widely used within the printing and packaging sector, and are seen as a market leader both in the UK and globally.
Because of their cutting edge technology, the brand is established and their offering highly respected, and there is significant investment in R&D, sales, marketing and product and service development. There are ambitious targets to further increase market share and footprint across all commercial business sectors.
Responsibilties include:
- Design a strategy to increase the sales footprint, both geographically and by penetrating competitors customers
- Manage a campaign plan to achieve the strategic plan
- Generate and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities within existing and dormant accounts and convert these to sales
- Maintain an accurate CRM database for the region.
- Keep abreast of technological developments, so as to up and cross sell opportunities.
Candidates will be sales professionals with at least two years’ experience in a front line sales role, selling capital equipment and technology into the industrial/commercial sector. You will have a proven successful history of field sales, using a consultative and solution led approach. You will also be familiar with a corporate approach to business.
