The role of Area Manager focuses on motivating, coaching and supporting your people to achieve sales targets. Your Sales Advisors and Team Leaders will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mind-blowing product to their homes. You'll have to ensure this is done in a professional manner with a clear passion for the company and product. You'll also link in with the National Management team to implement change, drive new projects and support the vision and strategy of the business.

We'd love you to come from a targeted sales environment that utilised your people management skills. To drive performance and monitor productivity remotely you'll need to be diligent, an expert planner, a great communicator and willing to travel. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is also essential.
