The Role

Covering South Wales and sometimes Bristol

Your role will include an even balance of winning new accounts and ensuring that your existing accounts are looked after and are meeting their annual growth targets

Your role is to win new accounts for the branches to service so you must have great interpersonal skills both externally and internally as you will work very closely with the operations and service side of the business

You will be selling to corporate b-b facilities management companies and you will be negotiating with seasoned veteran buyers.

Your role will be agreeing service levels and communicating the effective delivery of this to the managing branches

This is a varied role with many challenges and rewards, no two days are the same!

The Person

This is a dynamic growing company which is massively out performing the average industry growth figures

You will be a sales person that out performs the average sales of your colleagues to match this

You will probably have around 5 years field sales experience, not necessarily in construction more importantly you will be an achiever, a negotiator and a communicator and be able to display transferrable sales skills to this sector

We welcome applications from candidates in health and safety, with experience of working with facilities management companies, tool equipment and plant hire, or simply amazing proven sales people with a stable career history.

You must be IT literate, as you will be using a CRM similar to Sales force

The Package

Salary is £25-30,000,

Opportunity to earn an additional 1k on top per quarter
