Job Description
As an Area Manager, you will have to lead, coach and motivate the sales team in their HK and Macau operations to maximize sales and staff productivity, together with service excellence. You will need to manage daily retail operations to ensure operation efficiency and consistency, as well as compliances with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for store P&L including staff cost, inventory control and other expenses, etc. Lastly, you will be involved in ad-hoc projects such as shop openings and staff recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in retail business, preferably with experience from luxury fashion brands or cosmetic/fragrance industry. Proficient in MS Office is needed. Analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Candidates who have 4-5 years of experience will be considered as a Store Manager. Our Client offers an attractive remuneration package of up to HKD 55 000 monthly.
