MAJOR PLC ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED AREA COLLECTIONS MANAGER
HIGH BASIC UPTO £32,000 DOE WITH 1ST YEARS OTE £50,000 + CAR
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Area Managers, who would enjoy a varied day and can manage a team of Business Managers.
Key Skills
- You will currently be employed within a Collections Industry, and used to Remote Managing a team of staff within a similar customer focused environment; or currently working within the financial service industry.
- Possess good administration and financial awareness skills, IT literate, (Essential: You must be a car owner and hold a current driving licence).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to resolve problems by offering a solution, good time management skills, experience of working towards targets and deadlines, able to overcome objections and resilient.
In return you can expect a varied day which will involve managing a debt management team who deal with delinquent accounts, both over the phone and on field visits. Working as part of a team you will oversee a area of Businees Managers, making sure thay manager their teams correctly and offering solutions to training or performance issues.
This is a demanding and challenging role but one that offers great job satisfaction as you will genuinely be helping customers who require your assistance.
