Working on behalf of a Local Authority, First2Find Recruitment are looking for an ARB qualified Architect based in Preston.
ARB qualified Architect, to provide full professional skills/expertise of client liaison, design, specification, detailing and site inspection, in a commercial environment. Preparation of production information packages (specifications and CAD detail drawings) . Ability to administer standard building contracts, including leading design team and site progress meetings and job running.
Ability to direct junior staff and associated professionals. Design flair and good knowledge of the design of education buildings , particularly primary schools. Good presentation skills especially 3D CAD.
