You should have a genuine interest in IT, have recently studied and taken your A levels or equivalent and be looking for your 1st job. You should be motivated to join the scheme and be happy to take on further study. You will gain practical experience working with other technology employees in a Windowsbased environment. All training expenses will be paid.
Person Specification
You should be A level educated
You should have grades A = C
Basic understanding of Windows 7 Microsoft Office Suite, administration and networking.
Some understanding of IT Service Management practices.
Ability to work independently.
