Wild is working with this multi million pound manufacturing company. An opportunity has arisen for an Appointment Generator to join their team.
Salary: £7.88 ph with up to £10 per appointment. Excellent incentives including holiday vouchers and electrical items.
Our client specialises in home improvements and is an award winner in its field.
As an Appointment consultant you will be speaking to customers and booking appointments for the sales team to visit and quote. This professional environment currently has 100+ employees and is fun and fast paced.
Duties include:
- Follow up on enquiries to convert to appointments.
- Understanding customers needs and match the benefits of an appointment.
- Meeting targets and KPI's.
Excellent influencing skills are necessary along with a confident telephone manner.
Full product training is provided.
Experience of working with customers is essential.
Highly desirable: Experience of working to targets, this can be face to face or telephone based
