Responsible for supporting a number of bespoke and in-house business applications. Technical skills should include some of the following:

*Experience of working in 3rd line application support
*Experience of working with mobile devices and printers
*Some experience of SQL and UNIX. Enough to be able to view log files for example
*Any exposure to messaging infrastructures such as MQ would be useful
*Experience in supporting bespoke applications
*Worked within ITIL environment
*Needs to be a good communicator and team player

Must have solid problem solving skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent career opportunities, full JD available.
