Our leading software business are recruiting for an experienced Application Consultant to join their growing support team. As Application Consultant you will work with the support team to follow and support business products from development through to customer deployment and feedback as well as maintaining and developing a managed environment for hosted customer solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line Application support requiring root cause investigation and resolution of complex application issues
- Experience of managing a hosted service; support, maintenance, release cycles
- Technical skills and experience of .NET, SQL, IIS, C# would be an advantage
- Strong incident and problem management skills
- Good understanding of client/server architecture, Windows technologies, etc.
- Excellent customer-facing skills
