Organisation Description
The client is an international consumer lifestyle brand with a strong brand proposition. They now seek a dynamic APAC Wholesale Manager to drive the development, execution and delivery of the sales revenue and margin plans for selected distributors within the Region.
Job Description
You will be the key partner contact and ensure that the partners are facilitated to build the Brand in their markets and deliver on the agreed Brand and Financial objectives. You will also be responsible for distributing, receiving, undertaking the analysis and acting on all annual business plans and quarterly reports received. In addition, to maximizing revenue and margin in line with company strategy, you will proactively take the lead role in maintaining and enforcing contractual compliance of all distributor partners in the Region and address contractual compliance issues directly with partners and where necessary, elevate them to a higher management level, including the Legal team.
Person Specification
You should have at least 6 years of related knowledge of and commercial experience within the region, preferably within the branded apparel, footwear or sporting goods industries. You should be strong in account handling and management of third party partners. You should have good all round business knowledge of sales, customer service, marketing, product, retail, finance and operation. The role require at least 40% to 60% travel.
