Alarm Service Engineer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Alarm Service Engineer to join our client’s team. Our client is an expanding business in the security sector that focusses on high standards of service, installation and maintenance in both commercial and domestic markets.
The Role
As an Alarm Service Engineer your role will be:
• To fault find, test and repair malfunctioning systems in line with set industry standards
• Install and maintain alarm systems
• Ensuring high levels of Health & Safety are adhered to
• Routine maintenance and emergency call out response may also be part of the expected duties
• Any other duties as required
The Person
• Multi skilled is an advantage
• Proactive, energetic approach
• Preferably awareness or experience with the SSAIB (Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board)
• Some knowledge of Health & Safety (although not essential)
• Strong, clear and concise communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible & adaptable manner
• Team player
• Excellent organisational skills
• Punctual
• Previous experience within a similar position
