Agricultural/commercial property solicitor

Our client is a very well thought of North Norfolk based Firm and which aims to provide the highest quality of service to all their clients.  

They offer a full range of legal services to clients at both local and national level.  

They are currently looking to recruit a solicitor to join the Agricultural team.  

You will already be an established and experienced agricultural solicitor and will be able to take over existing files.  Hopefully you will be able to bring a following.  

You will be dealing with 

Farm acquisitions and disposals

Agricultural tenancies

Business structures

Succession issuesTax advice

Diversification issues

Rights of way and access to land

You will also be assisting on general commercial property matters.
