 A Great opportunity has arisen for an aftersales Manager to joina progressive and enviable Motor Multi-Franchise dealer group In the North London area

Our client is part of a medium sized motor dealer group we are a large Dealership offering new and used cars from our flagship premises based within a busy retail park just outside the city centre. The Business has grown over the last 5 years with the addition of several brands to our portfolio. The Role

Aftersales Manager  Job Responsibilities:

• Fully participating in the overall profit performance of the dealership
• Attending Senior Manager meetings
• Liaising with service and parts departments to engage participation and plan new products/services
• Creating and overseeing new product initiatives to drive customer retention
• Training and mentoring colleagues
• Target setting
• Creating and fostering a positive Customer Service experience
• Maintaining franchise standards
• Liaising with Volkswagen counterparts

The Skills

With at least 3 years experience in the role of Aftersales Manager you will possess:

• Full understanding of the aftersales functions
• Computer literacy – Microsoft plus Kerridge and 1Link experience
• Familiarity with Volkswagen products and service needs
• Technical experience gained within the franchised dealership environment
• Interpersonal skills with your team and customers
• Coaching and training experience

The Rewards

Basic Salary £35000-£40000 Basic with  £60000 OTE

Plus: Bonus, car, fuel allowance and benefit scheme
