Our client is looking for someone to join their customer operations team on a 6 month contract. You will be dealing with the day to day management of after sales orders and enquiries, always ensuring that an excellent level of service and support is provided. This role will suit a well organised individual who is used to working in a busy office environment.

Main duties of the role include:

  • Loading sales orders and credit notes
  • Providing main phone cover for the team
  • Expediting orders and dealing with customer queries
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing the order back log
  • General administration duties for the team

Essential Skills and Requirements Needed

  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Internet Explorer

Ideally you will have experience and understanding of database principles and a working knowledge of Oracle.
