A national welfare to work organisation is recruiting a Client Liaison Officer to join their busy team based in a number of offices across West Yorkshire. This company provides a stellar service to their clients and have a truly selfless approach to their work enabling them to make a huge difference to peoples lives.

The role of an Employment Advisor is highly variable and can be completely different from one day to the next. Your primary responsibility will be to work with a portfolio of clients on a one to one basis in order to assist them in getting back into sustainable employment as quickly as possible.

The ideal candidate will need excellent motivational and coaching skills as you will be helping clients in creating their own work-focussed action plan in order to give the best possible preparation for their job search. Fantastic analytical and questioning skills will also be required as the role is highly engaging and diagnostic.
