Our client is one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing multi-channel digital marketing agencies and due to their continued success are looking for an Advertising Agency Key Account Manager to help grow their business.

The Advertising Agency Key Account Manager will influence contacts at agencies to get onto schedules and prepare proposals.

The successful candidate will be professional and target-driven with a can do attitude and proven track record of maximising business by building/developing relationships. You must be able to effectively manage your time and be able to deliver against realistic KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities for the successful Advertising Agency Key Account Manager:

• Introduce and present the digital marketing offering to key contacts within advertising agencies.
• Prepare detailed proposals that will help secure bookings.
• Establish relationships at advertising agencies and attend regular agency events.
• Complete orders and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
• Achieve targets based on the core responsibilities of the role.

Skills required:

• Have 2 -3 years' experience dealing with advertising agencies
• Must have a book of agency contacts
• Experience of selling digital marketing, print or digital online advertising
• Excellent presentation and face to face communication skills
• Strong sales/influencing skills - need find, objection handling, negotiation, closing
• Self-motivated and results-orientated team player that can achieve goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to establish rapport and open dialogue
• An entrepreneur who is passionate, enthusiastic, hungry for results and resilient
• PC literate - Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
