Job Description
Our client is currently looking to recruit x3 Qualified Social Worker to work within busy adults team in Leeds. We have vacancies in both the Initial Response team and the Care Management. You will be involved in adults assessments and formulating/reviewing care plans. The majority of the work will be with elderly people.
They are ideally looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and for somebody to begin as soon as possible. The team is busy, supportive and you will receive training and regular supervision.
Relevant Skills:
You should be GSCC Registered and have a Social Work Qualification (ie BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW). Experience working within a statutory adults environment is desirable.
