Our Client is looking for an Administrator to start Wednesday 15th February and interview on Tuesday 14th February.

Location- Kingston

Salary- £18,000 Temp-Prem

MUST HAVE CRB ADVANCED  

Main duties-

  • Revise, update and maintain filing systems.
  • Answer and respond to all initial enquiries from outside agencies or prospective serviceusers.
  • Maintain internal admin systems.
  • Co-ordinate the taking and passing on of internal and external messages.
  • Maintain and update the service diary.
  • Maintain and update all service information resources.
  • Plan for and purchase all office supplies, and first Aid equipment.
  • Provide typing and word processing support for the staff team.
  • Assist in the preparation of written reports having due regard for confidentiality.
  • To make returns to outside agencies as directed by line management.
  • To assist in the development of a database.
  • Take and distribute minutes of meetings as required.
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and all other service meetings when required.
  • Attend meetings representing the service, as required.
  • Be prepared to undertake appropriate training.

Holidays:                 

25 days holiday per annum, plus statutory Bank Holidays, or time off in lieu if worked (pro rate

for part time). Annual leave is increased by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days,

upon completion of one year’s service as at 1st April.
