My client is an international company in Leicester and they are looking to expand their supply chain team. They are currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join the company.
You will be receive orders, processing them on to the in-house computer system, liaise with customers over the phone, amend track and action orders to ensure that they meet with agreed delivery time.
Main duties:
Taking inbound calls
Processing customer order
Amended, track and action orders
Speak with clients to give estimated times of deliveries.
Check orders are at correct status for invoicing.
Ensure relevant despatch confirmations are received to ensure that orders are confirmed.
Check and sanction purchase invoices for distribution and storage,
keep the database and storage charts up to date.
File orders and proofs of delivery.
The successful application will have previous administration and order processing experience. You must be highly organised and have strong communication skills. You will be computer literate and have a knowledge of Microsoft Office. It would be desirable if you can speak French.
