Working for the private investors that are perhaps not looking to invest the amounts a private bankers or stockbroker would manage. Ensuring that customers hard earned money works for them
Investment monitoring service
With an In house team of analysts who research and monitor the investment market and seeking out new fund opportunities for client portfolios

• You must be able to provide a professional service to both new and existing clients
• Responsible for a portfolio of customers and ensuring that both new and ongoing business, and the servicing of these clients meets the high standards expected.
• Obtaining plan information for new clients from existing providers in order that paraplanners can prepare a recommendation letter
• Requesting plan reviews and ensuring they are actioned.
• Setting up new clients and inputting detail/compliance information
• Dealing with queries from clients assigned to administrator where possible.
• Produce Annual Review packs for clients arranging appointments where appropriate
• Maintaining client detail ensuring cash accounts have sufficient available for income/charges.
