Our client is looking for an Administrator, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordinating of annual events, including the administration of the bookings.

Your main duties will include:


  • Answering the phones
  • Mail In and Out
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Administering the Courses/Meetings, to include
  • Registering delegates
  • Organising delegate badges
  • Fax and email communication
  • Website – internally and externally
  • Organising course directions and other relevant instructions
  • Organising accommodation when required
  • Dealing with Bookshop orders and sending out
  • Providing further administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Programmes Manager
