Our client is looking for an Administrator, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordinating of annual events, including the administration of the bookings.
Your main duties will include:
- Answering the phones
- Mail In and Out
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Administering the Courses/Meetings, to include
- Registering delegates
- Organising delegate badges
- Fax and email communication
- Website – internally and externally
- Organising course directions and other relevant instructions
- Organising accommodation when required
- Dealing with Bookshop orders and sending out
- Providing further administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Programmes Manager
