Pure Leisure Group Limited is a family owned business with sites across the UK and Barbados.  We are currently recruiting for an to work at our Bridlington Golf and Leisure Estate, based in Marton in Bridlington. . 

The Administrator provides a professional administration service for the park and undertakes any duties required by the General Manager. This role does include working weekends.

Duties include:

  • Supporting the Company in an administration capacity.
  • Sorting and distribution of the incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Dealing with enquiries both over the telephone and in the reception area.
  • Dealing with e-mails and faxes, distributing promptly as appropriate.
  • Dealing with Events bookings and coordinating the events
  • Assisting with the sales of lodges including aftersales
  • Assist in the production of weekly reports
  • Undertaking general day to day administration to support the Managers and Directors of the Company.
  • Updating the telephone contact list and issuing as required.
  • Undertaking day to day filing and supporting Managers in an administration capacity.
  • Processing deliveries ensuring the goods received are passed onto the appropriate person.
  • Any other duties which may, from time to time, be determined by the Company management.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Has an excellent telephone manner.
  • Has excellent I.T. skills and is computer literate.
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Has good Customer care skills.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Has a flexible approach and the capacity for sustained hard work.
