An exciting new role has arisen for an Administrator to join the friendly team of a well-established and highly successful financial organisation based in Adlington, Lancashire.
You will have the opportunity to undertake the following duties:
- Updating systems
- Putting together questionnaires and proposals for clients
- Proof reading proposals
- Support for drafting team
- General administration duties as required
- Opening and distribution of mail
You must have previous administration experience in order to be successful within this role, and ideally be available to start at short notice where required.
In addition, the following skills and experience are required:
- MS Word and Excel experience
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- High levels of accuracy / attention to detail
This role is to cover maternity, and will be based on a salary of £12,000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join this company on a temporary basis at an exciting time in their development.
