Our client are a reputable wealth management company based in Marlborough and they are looking for a full time administrator to join their team.
Job Description
Daily Duties:
? Making appointments over the phone and by email correspondence
? Typing letters on behalf of the office and responding to email queries in an effective and timely manner
? Updating systems with necessary changes to clients profiles such addresses, telephone numbers, general information etc.
? Managing the post on a daily basis, distribution to recipients, opening and sorting mail
? Ad-hoc administration tasks as and when required using excellent attention to detail and outstanding time management
Person Specification
Key skills required to fulfil the role:
? Excellent telephone manner, confident in handling difficult situations
? Advanced communication skills with letter writing experience
? PC literate in Microsoft programs and ability to take on new systems
? High level of numeracy skills, able to spot errors easily
? Adaptable and able to multi task and manage expectations of colleagues
? Administration experience in an office is essential
? Good attention to detail
