REQUIREMENTS
You will have a background in office administration within a computerised environment. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
• Proven experience of administration within a delivery team
• Experience of general office duties including: typing/scanning/photocopying
• Use of Microsoft office tools, particularly: Word, Outlook and Excel
• Working knowledge of document control systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to organise workload
• Attention to Detail
• Team worker
Previous experience of Nuclear Plant and project delivery would be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of a admin assistant are set out below, but also include any other reasonable activity as directed from time to time.
• Arranging meetings and booking conference rooms
• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Coordinating/booking inductions for new starts and visitors
• Maintaining a register of training for PD personnel and booking courses as appropriate
• Maintaining the PD action tracking log
• Acts as a back up to the timesheet coordinator
• Act as a single pint of contact within the project Team for administrative issues
