My client, a leading accreditation organisation who are continuing to expand, have created a new vacancy for an IPR Administrator within their dedicated IP team based in High Wycombe.
You will be primarily responsible for assessing compliance to Intellectual Property Guidelines which will involve monitoring of all accredited and licensed websites and ensuring other associated organisations are compliant. There will be a considerable amount of client liaison to answer queries and provide guidance on IP compliance and you'll also be monitoring and tracking dates of issued licences to ensure renewals are processed. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong administrative experience with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively within pressured time frames. You'll be a confident communicator both written and verbally and enjoy working as part of a team. This role also demands adherence to systems and processes along with attention to detail and a methodical approach to your achieving your objectives.
This role would suit someone who has an interest in Law and/or Intellectual Property Rights.
A good working knowledge of MS Office is essential along with a positive and pro-active mindset.
