Our client require an individual looking to join a growing company, who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to providing exceptional admin and sales support. This is a key role which facilitates and controls every stage of the sales order process and act as a gateway between the Sales Team and Finance Team

MUST BE FLUENT IN A NORDIC LANGUAGE!!

The Post:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for every part of the sales order process, including paperwork, order processing and invoicing of every solution that is purchased.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all internal information, required from a client perspective.
  • Liaising with the Sales Team and Finance teams.
  • Working as part of a team to oversee the client base.
  • Co-ordinating the processes within client base to meet our internal and external requirements.
  • Be responsible for checking the process and remuneration of all deals and ensuring all contractual agreements are within the standards set by our client.
  • Demonstrate good office skills: IT literate, time management, prioritisation and organisation
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

 Remuneration& Company Benefits: 

  • £17,500  - £18,500 pa (depending on experience) 
  • 22 days holiday up to 3 years service
  • 24 days holiday 3 years plus
  • 26 days holiday 5 years plus
  • 2 days of holiday entitlement will be allocated to be taken at Christmas

The Candidate

Essential requirements and experience:

  • Fluent in a Nordic language
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within a Sales Environment/Customer Services
  • Excellent IT Skills on basic systems e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail 
  • Pro-active and demonstrate initiative
  • Good team player and experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people at all levels 
  • Excellent at building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Enjoys routine tasks and processes 
  • Will adhere to company rules and directions well 
  • Able to work in a team environment but does not require a lot of stimulation from others
  • Able to grasp in-house systems quickly
  • Ability to multi task and resolve problems
