An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our busy team.
The role is a fixed term contract position for 1 year to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Answering telephone queries and providing IT support to affiliate counsellors
- Assisting in the complaints procedure by tracking and ensuring all complaints dealt with within benchmark
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records via spreadsheet to track cases through all stages to ensure efficient management to invoice stage
- Assisting in drawing up staff rotas
- Producing benchmark and data reports
- Inputting and processing clinical data into databases
- Sending out, logging and analysing data from feedback forms
- Conducting any ad hoc administrative requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Liaising with all internal teams
Experience
- Good IT skills at an interim or advanced level and familiarity and expertise with common software packages, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Friendly and flexible approach
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience.
