Essential requirements within this Administrator role include:

  • Previous administration experience within Risk, Accounting, Credit Control or Client support
  • Experience using online information resources eg, Equifax, OneSource, Dunn & Bradstreet, Companies House
  • Understanding of anti-money laundering and credit checking procedures
  • Strong Word, Excel, Outlook and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively to strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail

Key areas of responsibility within this Administrator role include:

  • Undertaking client anti-money laundering checking (AML), client sanctioning, credit checking and client account set up
  • Acting as  a focal point of contact
  • Providing admin support to two Managers
  • Providing accurate management information reports using a number of information systems
  • Liaising with Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Credit Control, Risk and Compliance and Business Operation teams
