Details of the role are below -
PPI Complaint Handler
Monday - Friday and the hours would be 5.30pm - 10.30pm - Training would be for two weeks and would also be 3pm - 10.30pm
Pay rate - £11ph
Temporary - running from 28th May 2013
6 month contract.
They are looking for someone to deliver excellence by ensuring that all customers receive world class service whilst working as part of a team which undertakes a range of PPI mis-selling complaints resolution and servicing activities. Activities include investigation of both customer complex queries and complaints along with Head office complaints.
