The Company

A global consultancy with offices nationwide is looking to recruit an Administration Team Manager to lead, manage and motivate the Software Sales and Training Administration team.

The Role

The Administration Team Manager will be responsible for supporting the team with the pre and post sales process for the various software products. This includes preparing initial quotations and contracts, preparing and following up on trials, issuing amendments to contracts, renewals, and providing training courses for clients. You will also:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships between the software development teams, the PC "thought leaders", the business development teams, and with the appropriate business services functions (HR, Finance and IT) to ensure there is effective support for the software sales process.
  • Gain a full understanding of the company products and models to ensure an excellent service is always met
  • Monitor and seek improvements to the full sales process
  • Develop regular reporting on all aspects of sales and providing this to the leadership teams.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be leading a team of 12, however, due to company expectations, this team will grow in size, and the ideal candidate will need to therefore, have effective and strong team management skills. You will be an experienced team manager with the ability to manage and develop people who are fulfilling a range of different roles.

  • You must be able to communicate effectively with people at a range of levels and disciplines
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Logical and process driven - You will have experience of following a full sales lifecycle with extensive input throughout
  • Analytical and numerate

Previous experience of working within in a relevant sales or transactional environment and within insurance would be an advantage.
