When you join Ford Retail as a sales administrator you main duties will include:

Compiling and keeping up to date information on all stock available using VISTA and manual systems

Prepare vehicle progress and delivery paperwork

Administer Main Dealer vehicle transfer paperwork

Tax vehicles as required ensuring DVLC security procedures are adhered to

Prepare invoices, finance and insurance documentation, etc, as required

Administer privilege club vouchers

Maintain the used vehicle stock records/ VAT records

Maintain an accurate filing system
