As an Administration Assistant, your duties will be to assist the claims manager and perform general administration duties.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Arrange and administrate insurance policies
• To lead a team of office juniors arranging work rotas and arranging cover for holidays and sickness
• Monitor file counts and reallocate work depending on caseloads
• To report upon invoicing to external service providers
• Maintain records of files leaving the office
• Maintain usernames and passwords for external database providers
• Authorise holidays and sickness within the department
• Arrange meetings and maintain the boardroom diary
• Take and type minutes where necessary
• Arrange and record all training for employees
• General administrative duties and support as required
