Our Client, based in Alness, have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their busy and growing team.
Role Purpose: To provide general administrative duties and support to the team as required.
Key Tasks (include although are not limited to):
- Reception duties - taking messages and dealing with general enquiries
- Inbound and outbound mail
- Word processing including typing letters, taking minutes and any other correspondence
- Assisting with finance including receiving and processing of invoices, preparation of invoices and purchase orders, input of information in to Sage and any other tasks
- Assisting the Office Manager
- input of time sheets, maintaining files, arranging travel including any eligibility to work documents, expenses and any other tasks
- Maintaining records and filing
- Data input to CRM system
- Ordering stationery
- Photocopying documents
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Person Specifics:
- Strong administration background, gained from recently working within an office environment
- Excellent customer/client service skills
- Experience of using Sage
- Previous experience of arranging travel documents for workers travelling outside of the UK is desirable
- CRM experience desirable
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm with a starting salary of up to £14k dependant on experience.
