Aon Benfield are seeking an Actuarial Analyst - General Insurance to join their International Analytics team situated in London.
You will be responsible for providing expert actuarial analysis and modelling in support of placement services. You will also promote the use of analytical tools and services throughout the business and client development.
As an Actuarial Analyst, your responsibilities will involve:-
Actuarial analysis
Actuarial research and development
Development of risk models
Expert actuarial advice
New business development (reinsurance or insurance)
Promotion of actuarial expertise internally
Client relationship management
Training and coaching
Internal Broker relationship management
What we're looking for in you:-
Extensive general insurance actuarial experience
Proven experience managing client projects from end to end
Thorough understanding of capital and exposure rating
Good reinsurance knowledge
Preferably a country market specialism- Middle East, Turkey a plus
Experience motivating and coaching junior staff
Proven ability to deal with senior members of staff, present in front of C-suite
Educated to degree/masters level or equivalent - exceptional academic record
Ideally FIA qualified
Work well under pressure
