The Ideal Acquisitions Manager Candidate Must:

• Have a strong background in either; property acquisitions, estate agency, surveying or valuation.
• Excellent negotiation skills at a senior level
• Excellent verbal and written skills and good numeracy skills
• Internally you will be working with our sales, marketing and completions team.
• Externally you will be working with Agents, Vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers

The Acquisitions Manager Key Role Responsibilities will include:

• You will be expected to work hard to achieve great results seeking possible deals from Developers, property wholesalers, landlords looking to sell, receivers, banks, liquidators, other property agents and more.
• Extensive negotiations with the vendors is needed, so your ability to Close, often in difficult circumstances against time pressure, is critical.
• You will work extensively out on the road.
