Accounts Receivables Supervisor -
INTRODUCTION:
In this role the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for leading and motivation of a team of Accounts Receivables in Brno.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and improvement of credit & collection functions and processes
• Recruitment and leading as well as motivation of an AR team
• Reporting to AR Manager
• Planning and monitoring of daily activities
• Close cooperation with AR Managers of different countries to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients
• Contact and direct negotiation with filtered clients in helping to solve AR problems
Person Specification
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree - Finance or Economy, Business administration or a related branchj
• 2 + years years in a leadership role in AR ( TL backup etc)
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts receivables
• Knowledge of AR legislation and practises
• Training skills - ability to train new co- members
• Analytic and process oriented person
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, empathy and customer focus
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, multitasking
