Do you want to work for a growing and successful organisation? My client are presently recruiting for experienced Sales Ledger Clerks to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining an experienced and friendly team and rewarded with an excellent starting salary and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing sales invoices from customers orders
- Checking invoices to ensure accuracy
- Checkin invoices against despatch notes
- Maintaining the sales day book
- Posting cheques received to the sales ledger and entering them as a credit
- Matching and reconciling sales invoices to cheques received
- Raising credit notes for authorisation
- Producing aged debtor reports for the credit control team
The ideal candidate for this position MUST have experience of working within a high volume sales invoices environment, be extremely accurate, an excellent communicator and team player. You will also be able to work under limited supervision and have knowledge of Excel.
