Organisation Description
Our client is a Global Manufacturing Organisation with a busy and very successful site in Co.Tyrone. Due to their ongoing success within their busy European Finance function, they have an urgent requirement for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work primarily on their German accounts.
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for various tasks related to the overall customer billing, dispute resolution, cash application, credit review and other AR processing and functional activities. Primary focus will be on the German market; however, as part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team other jurisdictions may be included.

Responsibilities
• Daily Sales invoice integration.
• Monitor Oracle integration error file
• Respond to and resolve internal /external customer enquiries
• Review AR accounts for erroneous transactions
• Review cash receipt, overdue invoices, refunds, etc.
• Bank/remittance data received and input
• Credit card payment information received and input
• Ensure accurate and timely Cash application
• Apply short-pay write offs and credit notes
• Apply and record “unapplied cash”
• Other responsibilities and/or activities related to Accounts Receivable
Person Specification
Requirements
• 1 – 3+ years experience with credit management, collections and/or cash application
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient in using Oracle Customer to Cash and/or other financial / ERP systems (desirable)
• Excellent customer service skills
