This role is a mixture of bookkeeping and sales administration. Candidates should be AAT Qualified or equivalent and offer a proven working knowledge/experience in double entry bookkeeping. Responsibilities will include general accounts processing including the data entry and processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices, invoice reconciliation, accruals and prepayments, debit note management, cash book, journal entry, sales order processing, sales admin and sales analysis.
Experience in the use of accounting software such as Sage or Quickbooks is essential, plus Excel and Word.
