Organisation Description
Reed Finance are currently sourcing candidates to join an expanding team in the role of Accounts & Audit Senior to work in the charities team.
Our client has continued to successfully grow the number of charity, not-for-profit, schools and academy clients it acts for and as a result it is looking to expand this specialist team.
Job Description
The primary role would be working as an audit senior in the charities team and would involve carrying out charity audits and independent examinations, which will involve working away from the office at clients premises from time to time.
In addition to the work for the charity team the role involve, in part working with other sole traders, partnerships and limited companies providing the opportunity to work on accounts preparation, personal tax, business tax and corporation tax as well as business plans and financial projections.
Person Specification
Essentially you will need to be a current practice qualified ACA, ACCA accountant.
It is quite possible that your current practice environment does’nt offer you the scope in your current role to develop and allow you to reach your potential, or perhaps quite simply put you seek a more progressive and dynamic firm for your next role.
This opportunity will allow you scope to explore your skill set, adding further strings to your bow whilst gaining valuable support and guidance along the way. You should be confident at your communication skills and be prepared to be a front face at times for the practice.
