Job Description

My small and expanding client based on the outskirts of Tonbridge is looking for an Accounts Assistant for a going temporary assignment. The client is looking for a candidate who has a strong knowledge of SAP and can complete the following duties:
• Check purchase invoices against purchase orders
• Check invoices against a good received note
• Preparing payment runs
• Producing sales invoices from customer orders
• Matching and reconciling sales invoices from cheques received
• Prepare letters, monthly reports and quarterly reports
• Handing petty cash and petty cash receipts
• Negotiate with utility companies in order to achieve the best rates as possible
• Dealing with staff expenses
• Reorder stock for the office

The ideal candidate would need to be able to show the relevant experience gained from a similar role. In return the client is offering a competitive rate of pay and for the right candidate a potential permanent role.
