Accounts Assistant with Study Suport

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounting & Finance graduate with a year’s industrial placement to join a local employer.  Candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered.  You will demonstrate strong reconciliation and analysis skills and enjoy the challenge of investigating variances.  It is also essential that you can demonstrate strong Excel skills to include v lookups and pivot tables as this will be a key tool in your daily role.

Key duties include:

• Preparing accruals
• Analysing and posting invoices to the system
• Identifying and resolving price and quantity differences
• Tracking and controlling all price changes
• Creating sales invoices
• Chasing customers for outstanding monies
• Debit / credit note resolution
