My client is a rapidly expanding firm of Accountants & Bookkeepers based in Falmouth.
They currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 12 months of practice based experience, either in a client accounting/bookkeeping or in an accounts preparation capacity (or ideally both)!
The role responsibilities will include the preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies in addition to completion of quarterly VAT returns and some personal taxation. There will also be a degree of client accounting and bookkeeping required, often on clients sites.
My client is seeking a candidate with relevant experience, ideally AAT qualified, although those that can demonstrate appropriate experience without qualification will be given due consideration.
